Returns, Replacements and Refunds Policy

We aim to provide you with the best we can. As well as our personal pride we value our customers and want to meet and hopefully exceed their expectations.

However, in the real world things can go wrong and if that happens we then need to ensure things are put right with as little fuss and disappointment to you as is possible.

If you have any problem with your order contact us as soon as possible and allow us to assess the best action to take.

If we cannot replace with like for like then we can either offer you a full refund or a replacement that will be better than your original order.

We will to go beyond our legal requirements to you and believe good after sales depends on good communication.
