Andy’s Air Plants Shipping Policy

All UK orders are generally sent by Royal Mail but another Courier may be used if necessary.

Charges for delivery are as follows:-

UK Delivery 1^st Class 1-2 working days £3.50

UK orders over £60 shipped and tracked for free.

EU Delivery Standard 3-5 working days £5.00

EU Delivery Tracked 3-5 working days £10

EU orders over £80 shipped and tracked for free.

Andy’s Air Plants do not seek to make profit on shipping costs and any changes to these prices will be dependent on changes to the courier’s charges.

Orders will be packaged and sent out on the Monday or Wednesday morning following an order, unless we contact you or you have any specific mailing requirements.   You will be notified by email when your order has been despatched also a tracking number will be supplied if appropriate.

Each and every shipment sent by Andy’s Air Plants contains an Order Inventory, a Care Sheet and a Promotional Postcard.

Plants are sent dry.  When plants are first received they should be given a good soak or mist as they may have been in the box for more than a day or two.

In the event of factors beyond our control such as postal strikes or severe weather we will delay dispatch to avoid damage to orders, and notify you by email.

Andy’s Air Plants take great pride in the plants that we supply.  Plants sent to you are individually labelled, carefully packaged; wrapped in chemically free tissue paper and shipped in sturdy cardboard boxes. In addition to the protective packaging, boxes are clearly labelled as Fragile.
